sore muscles and back aches

Karen for the team. Today was a bit challenging - we carried adobe bricks all day. They were heavy, dirty and scratchy. We formed a line and moved them from the back of the house to the side and than moved some from 2 houses up to the front of the house. (The ones from 2 houses up we helped to unload in the yard on Monday and than moved them again today.) On a better note we went to a Trout farm for lunch and had fresh trout which was very good. We all were glad for a shower hot or cold. Brandon is still waiting to eat a Guinea Pig. Some of us went shopping which is quit an experience in a taxi. At one point tonight we were in the middle of the intersection with cars going all around us. Hopefully we all sleep tonight since some of us are in pain. Good night

We're praying for you -- blessings to all,

  2. First, moving mud bricks reminds me of the youth group's trip to Honduras...although that doesn't seem nearly as challenging and hard-working as what you guys are doing!
    Also,
HAPPY BIRTHDAY LINDSEY!!! love you and miss you, hope you have a great day:)
and this is just a sidenote to the Jeff Groshes: Martin's tank is vury cloudy; is there a special way to go about cleaning it, and what to do with the fish? if you have time to shoot me an email that'd be great, otherwise i googled it already.
